Disclosure

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has issued guidelines for bloggers requiring them to disclose any relationship between a blogger and the company's products in which they are endorsing.

For those of you involved in the scrapbooking/papercrafting industry, the information I am about to disclose is not really a surprise to any of you. But for those of you not aware of the industry standard, the FTC asks that I disclose my working relationship with the companies I discuss frequently on my blog.

So, in the spirit of full disclosure:

I am currently working as an employee of:
Fun Stampers Journey on a Part-Time basis creating projects and tutorials for their blog, social media outreach, trade show displays, catalogs, conventions, and various other marketing needs. They provide me with all of the products, tools and materials necessary to be used in this design work. Everything I create for them gets mailed to their office, photographed professionally by their staff and they keep all of my projects as their property, with a few exceptions.

I am currently working as a paid freelance designer for the following companies:
Echo Park Paper, as a Design Expert, creating projects and tutorials for their blog, social media outreach and trade show displays. The provide me with all of the products necessary to be used in this design work. Nearly everything I make for them remains in my possession and is photographed by me and I keep it as my property, forever and always.

I have worked in the past as a paid freelance designer for the following companies:
Fiskars Americas, as a Crafting Expert, creating Online Content in the form of project tutorials and writing articles. If you see me mention Fiskars tools in use on my projects it's highly likely that they sent me the tool for free.

Fiskars Americas, as a Lead Fiskateer, leading the online Fiskateer community of crafters, inspiring the community, encouraging them to grow in their craft, and teaching them new ways to view and use their Fiskars tools.

Little Yellow Bicycle, creating projects and tutorials for their blog, social media and trade show displays, as well as, videos for their youtube channel. They provided me with all of the products necessary to be used in these projects.

Other notes:
On occassion, I do recieve products (unsolicited) from other scrapbook companies to use in my design work. These companies do not pay me to use & or endorse their products. You can be confident in the fact that I will only use those products that I love and feel comfortable enough to encourage other crafters to use.

I will never accept money to endorse a product that I don't stand behind.

Affiliate programs:
I am currently enrolled in an affiliate program for Two Peas in a Bucket. On the rare occassion, when I link you to products I've used in a project, there is a chance that you are following an affiliate link.  All this means is if you make a purchase through my link, I recieve a very small percentage of the sale (much like a referral program). That money goes back into supplies and postage to keep giveaways happening on this blog. So, thank you for your support. :)
