wanted to document this before i forget.
conversations with ashlyn on the way home from preschool are usually pretty one-sided---me asking all the questions and her reply "i don't know"....always, well, except for today.
after asking what she had for lunch
"i don't know"
did you have a vegetable?
"i don't know"
did you have a yummy fruit?
"i don't know"
who is your best friend at preschool?
"makaila" pause "she's a gur" (aka: girl--love how she tries so hard to say it right)
oh, well then, who is your best boy friend at preschool?
"i don't like boys anymore, mommy. (short pause) i just like my daddy boy."
bwaahaaahaaaaa. that girl is funny.
