photo share...

so october flew right by without many clicks of the shutter, but i do have a few to share.
(psssssst....in case you missed it, i updated the last post with the continuation of the story)

this one courtesy of dad & connie. they kept the girls a few weeks back and put me to shame with all the funness they packed into one day. picking pumpkins out of their "garden patch". painting them. carving them. baking pumpkin seeds. making cupcakes--from scratch. spoiling me with dinner. and i seriously can't believe they got both girls to keep there hands in this mess long enough for a picture.


this just makes me smile.

the girl who was annoyed that i'd even make her stand still for a moment instead of letting her dig into her candy bucket for the umpteenth time. *insert eyeroll* and her attempt at trying to look like she had time to smile.


and the girl who didn't care much about the candy at all, but was just as happy passing it out and clingy to daddy for dear life afraid that she wouldn't see him again for another week since we were on vacation without him.


and a month of pictures wouldn't be complete without the traditional ashlyn smothering emma with kisses pose.


okay, now i can officially move onto November even though the calendar is already 8 days ahead of me.
