she says....

"sometimes when i'm about to leave for the hospital, i don't feel scared, it's just.....i'm shaking."

this morning we're up early and ready to head out the door to children's hospital again.  spidergirl will be put under anesthesia to have a scope of her esophagus and tummy along with several biopsies.

say a little prayer that her nerves calm.  we've been down this road so many times before with her, but this time she's a bit older and understands more about what's going on.

she's been a little emotional and extra sensitive since i told her she had to have it done a few days ago.

i'll update once we know more from the doctor, but the short of it is, they are trying to determine if she has eosinophilic esophagitis.

more soon......

  1. Good luck - I've made those trips to Children's Hospital with my babies in the past and I know how hard it is - for both the child and the mom!
