here's the rest of february and the start of march. i missed a few days here and there, but life just gets in the way sometimes.
anywho.
march 5
miss em. totally into bubbles these last few weeks. i mean, the kid does nothing else except blow bubbles----all day long. bubble juice everywhere.
march 4
decided to pull out the sewing machine and make the kids a dozen bean bags. it's amazing how much fun they can have with a simple beanbag.

a little surpise from daddy. ashlyn calls them bath "pills". they change the color of the water.

lots of phone calls logged tonight between me and cindy finalizing book text.

did i mention emma likes bubbles?

had a rush assignment to finish, so i decided to scrapbook in my lap while watching 24 with doug.

a few too many extra hands in the studio, don't you think? they love playing with mommies pretties.

ashlyn has quite the imagination. cindy was in town so we could work on some book stuff and ashlyn was playing in her playroom while we were busy working. she came in and said something to me about chicken pox and then went up to bed. when we were done i found this in the playroom. then remembered she had said..."mommy, don't get close to my baby because she has chicken pox and she's really sick."

ashlyn playing a story on the pbskids.org for emma to enjoy. these sweet moments are few and far between----let's just say ashlyn doesn't embrace the whole big sister thing.

ummmm, yeah. i kinda dropped the ball on ashlyn's birthday party. so grams and papa got tired of waiting and brought over her gifts tonight.

work, work, work. been doing a lot of that lately.

snow. we haven't had a lot of snow around here this winter at all. it's so weird since we are used to a lot after living up north for 5 years. not that i'm complaining or anything----but the kids are. they love playing in the snow.
