call your momma and.....

tell her you love her.
cause you just never know if you'll have the chance to do it again.

i lost my momma last night.
suddenly.
to a massive heart attack.
50 years old.

so, really......go. just call her, love on her, squeeze her tight, confide in her, forgive her, whatever you need to do to let her know you're always going to be her baby girl no matter how old you are.

i missed my one last chance.

  5. I know this is a random place to write a stranger, but I wanted to tell you that my mom died just 4 months ago, very suddenly, of a massive heart attack (53). I'm reading your blog posts and they are so close to that of my own. Just so hard. I agree with you that time doesn't really heal the pain. At least it hasn't yet.

Glad to see the memories are sweeter for you now.
