two nights ago....
doug was tucking ashlyn into bed for the night and she requested a quick run of the animal game. so doug thought of the animal and she started asking her questions to narrow it down to take her guess.
ash: does it live on land?
doug: yes
ash: can it swim?
doug: yes
ash: what color is it?
doug: black & white
and so on.
then she says "i know....this is just a joke daddy.....but is it Michael Phelps?"
hahahaaa.
yesterday, in the car on the way to daycare:
emma says, "mommy, why did purple grammy have to die?"
okay, now i'm not laughing so much. how do you explain that to a 3 year old?
