my brown-eyed girl.......

she steals my heart. over and over and over again.










as of today, age 4:

• her favorite thing to sing is "you spin my head right round, round round, like a record baby, round round, round round." SO funny.
• her favorite thing to eat is shredded cheese by the handful.
• her favorite thing to eat is freeze popcicles
• she pronounces it pa-shool. it's adorable.
• her other favorite snack is chips & cheese (the nacho cheese)
• she has a total dislike for candy....except suckers. she tolerates those.
• juice or water, nothing else.
• her tummy hurts more othen than not
• she'll pick Spiderman over Barbies 10 times out of 10.
• she's addicted to Tom & Jerry
• she can write her name
• she can count to 14 unassisted
• still can't say her ABC's all the way through
• she is a daddy's girl through and through
• she's my sickly child.
• she is allergic to cats, dogs, mold, dust mites & Amoxicillin.
• she's had two surgeries & is scheduled for a third in August
• after a doctor appt we always go get chinese.
• her idea of chinese is fried rice and chicken with baby corn in brown sauce.
• she isn't shy at all and doesn't know a stranger
• she talks a lot......and has a chronic hoarse voice to prove it.
• she wants to be like ashie (ashlyn) so bad
• except when she says ashie, she can't make the "sh" sound....just the "ss" sound. not good.
• she swears that she's got a loose tooth. hasn't lost any yet.
• more often than not she's wearing those green froggie boots that are about worn out.
• second choice is spiderman shoes, almost always on the wrong feet (as seen above)
• her favorite color is green.
• she's almost always sporting a tatoo....a Spiderman tatoo, of course.
• she won't go for a ride in the car or go to bed without her dolly
• she still sucks her thumb to go to sleep
• she's getting rather good at blowing the bubble wand slow to get a big bubble, then catches it.
• she's got quite the wiggle in her hips which makes for some mad skillz with the hula hoop
