on. off. on. off....

was it a full moon yesterday or something?

because someone's playing with my intolerant switch. yesterday it was flipped ON. for no real reason at all. but EVERYTHING was annoying me yesterday. i mean everything. stupid stuff.

i should have known better than to attempt giving both kids a bath by myself. doesn't sound too hard does it? yeah, it's not really......unless you have a kid who freaks out when she gets a single drop of water in her face. makes hair-washing a wee bit stressful. the mid-afternoon bathtime about did me in.

so i took a 2 hour nap when doug got home from work and got up just in time for em to go to bed. i needed that nap.

i was cranky. add a messy house to that and you really didn't want to be around me yesterday. so i stayed up waaaaaaaay too late cleaning, ridding clutter and doing laundry. the only downfall to doing laundry in the middle of the night is that it's a 50/50 chance that it will wake em since the laundry room is just below her room.

and last night it did. so she was up for an hour at 2am.

here's to hoping today is a better day.......and soooooooooo thankful that yesterday is over.
