it's party day!

the day is finally here----Spidergirl thought it would never come! today is the day that we celebrate her birthday with her friends. last year we tried to have a friends/family party mixed and it was just waaaaaaaay too much going on in my little house.

so this year, we seperated them. she invited 10 friends and ALL of them are coming! YAY!

we're going to a cute little cozy place in town, having some snacks, and each child is decorating their very own gingerbread house to take home (thanks to scoring $1 houses after halloween!).

i made tissue paper flowers to hang with our felt birthday banner and we're hanging a cute curtain to use as a "photobooth". totally inspired by stephanie's idea for creed's yellow birthday and amber ulmer's thanksgiving photobooth!

it's the little things that excite me most!
