i've been promising myself for years that i would go to the local Balloons and Tunes event in Grove City, OH, but every year something else captured by time and i didn't make it. but this year, i was determined to get there.
if you've never been to a night glow at a hot air balloon festival, you've got to put it in your list of things to see & do. *magical* seriously, magical.
