addicted to hand-stitching.

there is something so irresistible about hand-stitching. i'm not quite sure why i love it so much, but i do. and i can't resist putting tons of it on every layout i make.

here's my most recent hand-stitched project........with more Autumn Bliss from Little Yellow Bicycle.

hand-stitching + Autumn Bliss = superdeedooper delightful (love.LOVE.love)

  1. I do - I love how tactile it is when finished, but I also love the process :-) And typically, I'm struggling to find an example... Here's one that has a tiny bit! But then, my blog is quite new so I still have a backlog of projects I haven't yet posted. Must look through and find some more that involve stitching :-)

Oh, and it goes without saying (but I shall say it anyway) that your LO is _stunning_ :-)

  2. I actually think I've only handstitched on 1 card. I sent it off without taking a photo.
I loved your layout with all the layers & textures.

  3. wow, this is so gorgeous! What a lot of work, but it certainly paid off. I wish I could be this neat about hand sewing on a layout! Do you have a tutorial anywhere on how you made this particular type of stitching?

  5. That is just STUNNING! The stitching blew that already gorgeous LO out of this universe. Wow. WOW You make me actually want to handstitch and just ask my husband how much I "love" stitching. I am always stabbing myself. I really don't like putting blood, sweat, or curses into my projects.

thank you for taking time to connect with me in this space! i will do my best to leave comments answering any questions you may ask. if you are commenting on an older post and you dont see your comment publish right away it is because I have comments set to be approved before publishing on any blog posts older than 10 days old due to a recent influx of comment spammers. i will see your comment, approve it and reply to you....if it isnt spam. xoxo :)
